The city of Suzhou is located roughly an hour west of Shanghai, in the eastern part of China's Jiangsu Province. Suzhou is famous for its gardens and canals, and has been dubbed the "Venice of the East." As with most other Chinese cities, it possesses an extensive public bus system, composed mainly of Changjiang buses from the neighboring city of Changzhou.
