AC Transit

AC Transit is a regional bus operator serving Alameda County and Contra Costa County along the western shore of San Francisco Bay. AC Transit operates local and "Rapid" service as well as several "Transbay" routes to San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties.

AC Transit operates a number of NABI high-floor and low-floor buses as well as a growing Van Hool fleet, composed of A330s (40-foot), AG300s (60-foot) and A300Ks (30-foot.) A number of the new Van Hool buses run on alternative fuels.
