Denver Regional Transit District (RTD)

The RTD provides the public transit network for Colorado's capital city of Denver and its environs. Local and express bus service using a variety of buses is operated, along with a fairly extensive light rail system.
RTD Bus
RTD operates Orion Vs, Gillig Advantages, NABI 436s, MCI D4500s, and Neoplan Metroliners (the latter two for express routes.) The 16th Street MallRide service in downtown Denver utilizes Transteq Ecomark hybrid CNG buses, the only examples of their type in existence.

RTD Light Rail
The RTD light rail network consists of six lines (lettered C through H), connecting downtown Denver with various destinations south of the city and using Siemens SD100 and SD160 vehicles.
