MCI Classic TC-40102A (ex-New York Bus Service)

The erstwhile New York Bus Service operated a bus fleet composed mainly of suburban MCI Classics on its express lines between the Bronx and Madison Square in Manhattan. Following the takeover, some of these buses were transferred to other depots in Queens for express (and occasionally local) service. A good number of the ex-NYBS Classics were repainted in MTA blue and white. However, all of the MCI Classics have been retired and replaced with MCI D4500CL coaches.
