MTA Bus Company:
Orion V 05.501 (ex-New York City Transit)
In order to supplement MTAB's fleet prior to the arrival of the new Orion VII HEV buses, a number of Orion V buses were transferred to MTAB from New York City Transit. Most of these buses originally featured high-back suburban seating for use on express routes, but some were reseated with hard seats for local service.
All buses feature their former NYCT numbering; bus 108 was NYCT #108.
