MTA Bus Company:
TMC RTS (ex-Command Bus)
Command was one of the two New York City operators of the CNG RTS (the other being Triboro Coach.) However, unlike Triboro's fleet of similar buses, Command's CNG RTS buses had soft seats and were frequently used on express routes as well as the B103 limited stop route. Some of Command's CNG RTS buses featured a modified version of Command's livery advertising the vehicles as "New York City's clean air buses."
The CNG RTS buses remained in service for a significant amount of time after the MTA Bus takeover, but were eventually replaced with new Orion VII hybrid buses.
