MTA Bus Company:
TMC RTS (ex-Jamaica Buses)
Jamaica Buses operated a fleet of TMC RTSs originally manufactured in the years 1993-1994. These buses were virtually identical to those at Triboro and Queens Surface, although the driver's windows featured different window panels that were openable. Most of Jamaica's TMC RTS buses were retained in the MTA Bus fleet, and most have either been retired or repainted into MTA Bus colors. A number of buses have had their digital destination signs replaced with rollsigns taken from retired GMC RTSs or MCI Classics.
In anticipation of the MTA Bus takeover, JBI painted two of its TMC RTSs in blue and white livery identical to that of the MTA's.
