Transport of Rockland

Transport of Rockland, known as "TOR", is a bus system serving various locations in Rockland County to the northwest of New York City. TOR's system consists of various local routes as well as the "Tappan ZEExpress" (TZx) express route operating between Rockland and White Plains via the Tappan Zee Bridge. The fleet is mainly composed of Gillig Phantoms and Nova LFSs (not pictured), while the TZx route uses MCI coaches. All buses feature the "RC" designation in their vehicle numbers.
